Do the following:
Double Click on my computer.
Double Click on Dial-Up Networking. If Dial-Up Networking doesn't exist, it
needs to be installed. Click here for instructions.
Double Click on Make New Connection. Sometimes, when you double click on dial up
networking, it will automatically start the "make new connection".
At the top, Type in ECR as the name of the computer you are dialing, and click
on the next button.
Next, skip the area code field, and put 3923710 into the phone number field.
Click next, then click finish. You will see the new icon in the Dial Up
Networking window.
Now, right click on the newly created icon, and select Properties
Uncheck the checkmark next to Use Area Code And Dialing Properties
Click on the button or tab that says Server Types
Near the top, uncheck log on to network
Near the bottom, uncheck NetBEUI and IPX/SPX Compatible
Click OK
From here, you can right click on the new ECR Icon, and select Create Shortcut
to create a shortcut on your desktop.
