Check the following:
In most cases, trying to dial in again will resolve this problem. If dialing in
again doesn't help, try to use another phone number, listed below.

Check your Network Protocols, by going into My Computer, then into Control
Panel. Double click on the Network Icon, and make sure you have the following
protocols are listed:
- Client for Microsoft Networks
- Dial Up Adapter
- TCP/IP
If you are missing any of these protocols, call our offices, and we can assist
you in installing them.
If you get the "Not Responding" message on all lines, and your protocols are correct, try again in 15 minutes. If you constantly get this message, you might want to bring your computer into our Service Center for a free Internet Setup Check.
