Check the following:

In most cases, trying to dial in again will resolve this problem. If dialing in again does not help, try to use another phone number, listed below.

If you get the "Line is Busy" message on all lines, all our dial up ports are full. Try again in a few minutes, and whenever you get the chance, call our office and let us know about it. The more customers we have that tell us about problems like this, the quicker we will be able to resolve them.
